The cups are made of gray clay with tiny dots and coated with black matte or green matte glaze.
They are baked above 1200°C and are a guarantee of quality and strength. They are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe.

Delivery is available worldwide via Pošta Slovenije. For fast shipping, we also use DHL Express at your request, for which an additional fee is required.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping times vary depending on your country. If you order from Slovenia, it usually takes 2 working days from the time the package is sent to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe, it takes approximately 3-5 working days for your order to arrive, and 1-4 weeks for the rest of the world.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs depend on your location and package weight. When you add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on these two variables.
CAN I RETURN THE SHIPMENT I RECEIVED?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you can return the received order without justification and additional costs.If you don't like the products you ordered and received, you can send them back to me. WHY IS THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED NOT EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONE IN THE PHOTO?
The products are made by hand. I try to match the photo in the online store as closely as possible to the product, but certain differences are still possible. If you think that the product deviates too much from your expectations, you can let me know and return it within fourteen days. I will refund your purchase.

Yes! If you are nearby, you can place your order online and pick it up yourself at Aleya design studio, Cesta borcev 7,1235 Radomlje. You can also make the purchase right in the studio after prior notice.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT TO DO?
I'm so sorry to hear that! Please email me at info@aleya-design.com and tell me all about it. The more details you give me, the better. Please take a photo of the damaged item and attach it to your email. If the box that your item is in is also damaged, please take a photo of it as well and send it to me. Please remember to include your order number. Once I receive your email address, I will submit all your documentation to the post office. After the compensation has been resolved, I will either refund your money (excluding postage) or send you a new product.
You do not need to send the item back.
